ProjectManagement handles the entire workflow, from proposal management and project planning, data entry and invoicing. Because one single system is used to manage data, all authorized persons have access to the critical information they need to make smart business decisions.
Project Planning: Allows for the creation of different planning versions. Planning versions created by the user continue to exist and can be compared depending on the project's status. Different planning methods (i.e. GANTT or Period Planning) allow the user to update the project and give project managers a mutlidimensional view of their projects.
Travel Expense Accounting: Allows the user to create detailed travel expense reports over the web. Costs can either be charged to the customer or can only be accounted for internally by the employee as well as integrate with the SAP Business one A/P module.
Work In Progress: Employees and subcontractors have access to the web portal to log billable and non-billable hours and costs. Customer invoicing can be done numerous ways to support the various customer contracts for each project.
Employee Web Portal: Time entry, expense sheet entry, vacation request processing, consultant calendar and much, much more. xxxx
Customer Support Portal: Customers can create support cases, these can be emailed to your support staff and their actions and responses are tracked. This also includes a knowledge base that can be used by your staff as well as your customers.
